For the last three years, New Dundee Public School’s Fun Fair & Silent Auction has been a fun evening out for our school community as well as a very successful school fundraiser (in 2012 and 2013 it raised a total of nearly $15,000). This year, the Fun Fair will be held on Thursday, May 8th from 5 – 8 p.m. The event will feature many of the popular activities from last year as well as a number of new games and entertainment. Watch your child’s backpack for more details!
The success of this fun-filled event would not be possible without the support of NDPS’ families and school community and the school council’s Fun Fair organizers would like to ask the following:
· If you have any new/unopened items or unused gift cards to donate to the silent auction or kids’ raffle OR have connections with businesses/organizations that might provide a corporate donation or items (products/services) for the silent auction, please contact David.Moore@investorsgroup.com.
· Additional volunteers to help out on event day and the days/weeks leading up to the Fun Fair. If you can help out for even just an hour or two, please contact the school office at 519-696-2296.
· Donations of baked goods for the bake sale (details will follow, closer the event date).
· Mark your calendar and help spread the word to your family and friends!
