Principal Message

Another great week at New Dundee Public School. Don’t forget to track your Play 60 minutes. Thank you to our Dan Cressman, Jen Lowry, Jessica Piette, and Cheryl Capwill for volunteering to help run the intramurals at recess.

Students are reminded to bring their boots, waterproof mittens, and snow pants as they often play outside at recess.

There will be a Professional Activity Day on Friday, January 29. The school will be closed for students.

Me to We Battery Collection

Optimist Club of New Dundee

February is Youth Appreciation Month. At our February meeting we will be thanking the youth in our community for the many hours of volunteering they perform each year. We do not want to miss any youth and ask you, our members, and leaders to nominate someone. Please go to our website: www.newdundeeoptimists.ca and nominate a youth or several. The nominations are open to anyone in the community.

We will also be awarding the Adult Hero award. Once again, nominations are open to anyone in our community to suggest an adult worthy of consideration. Your nominations would be most appreciated and the nomination process can be found at our website.
