On January 6, 2015, as part of a 4-man expedition, Elora Adventurer Ian Evans joined an elite group of only 300 adventurers who have ever skied from the coast of Antarctica to the South Pole – 44 days, 120 pound sled and 9000 feet of ascent – into the wind.
